Is Olu always listening?+
No. Olu listens only when you say its name or press the button. Audio is processed on the device, not streamed to a server. Your home is your home.
Does it work without Wi-Fi?+
Yes. Every Olu device has built-in cellular (4G LTE) so it works anywhere with mobile signal — at home, on a walk, at the grocery store.
What if my parent isn't comfortable with technology?+
That's exactly who we built Olu for. There's no app to manage, no menus to navigate. They speak; Olu responds. We also send a real human to help with setup at no extra cost.
Who sees the health data?+
Only the family members the senior chooses to invite — and they decide what gets shared. Olu never sells data, ever. Period.
